I used to leave my computer on myself, but I learned my lesson, and stopped. When I'm away from using the computer for an extended period of time, say for sleep, work, or whatever, I turn it off.

Here's a wake-up call for some of you. You don't need to leave your away message up all the time. You don't have to download that file or run that online game. Really, you can turn it off.

People will understand you're not available because you're offline, and if they really want to contact you, they can send an email, most IM's accept offline messages, or they can wait until you're online!

If you do care about the environment, and you don't want to be wasteful, then stop being wasteful. Don't simply do what's convenient regardless of what's right. If you don't care, so be it.

I went to the Fenner wind farm by myself, but with 2 buses of GE people. Everyone should check it out sometime, especially if you already are in central New York. I'm impressed. Hopefully New York will continue to develop and deploy green energy. We can't have too much or too soon...

I have been waiting my driving lifetime to buy a new car, but I never saw a new technology that was worth the new car price, so I've driven used cars. If you make a plug-in hybrid, like many are doing with the Prius, I would sign up to buy one right away. This is the logical step forward, a true hybrid of gas and electric vehicles, and I feel is the future of automobiles. Thank you for your time, and please let me know when this vehicle would be available.
