I completed reading all available chapters (72) of Hōrō Musuko which is a manga about gender issues in youth. I'll keep reading new ones as they are available, but now I'm moving on to other things. This is part of my attempt to get back into more meaningful entertainment, rather than wasting all my time on games and movies. Once I read some more things I've been meaning to read, I may even start reading other manga that's trans related. It's interesting!

The Dark Knight and Iron Man were great movies based on superhero's, and some of the best ever made in the genre. Watchmen was better, which puts it up there with V for Vendetta (which was also originally by Alan Moore) as my favorite films based on graphic novels. That's my opinion, but I'm sure there's people who would argue that, but it doesn't change my opinion. I look forward to reading the graphic novel which should be arriving soon, if I can get myself to start reading, again! It seem like the perfect opportunity.

Many people allow themselves to be deceived from reality, by others or by their own minds. They want to blame others when they are wrong, but it was themselves who allowed the deception to occur. Reality is right here, in every moment, and only you are to blame when you look elsewhere for the truth. It's up to you to find your own truth. Nobody can give it to you.

"Self is an illusion."

Our own identity is a fabrication of our mind. Philosophers had theories about something like a miniature person in our brain who senses the world, causes our thoughts, and even is our soul. This "ghost in the machine" has no basis in reality, it's a illusion, but a popular one. Most of us have been told this since we were old enough to understand.

There's no excuse for you choosing to live in your fantasies.
